Your card password is unique to you. While using Yapı Kredi ATMs, memorize the password of your card, do not tell anyone, including our bank personnel, or do not dial on the phone!

Pay Attention To These Matters For Your Security

  • Please do not rely on those who say they have called from the bank and ask you to say or type your password, verification with password is only done when you call the bank.
  • While using ATM, enter your card password in a way that others cannot see it, by closing the keypad with your other hand.
  • If you notice that there is an extraordinary situation (a specially placed device etc.) different from the usual at the ATM you use, call the Yapı Kredi Telephone Banking via 444 0 444/0850 222 0 444 and inform our bank.
  • About problems with your card and password, contact our branches via Yapı Kredi Telephone Banking via 444 0 444/0850 222 0 444.
  • When setting your debit card or credit card password, do not choose the numbers related to your personal information, such as your year of birth which is easily accessible or predictable by third parties.
  • Do not write your password on your card or store it in a wallet, computer, portable memory, mobile phone etc. Take care to change it at regular intervals.
  • In case your card is stolen or lost, close your card without delay by notifying the Lost/Stolen Line by dialing 0 via 444 0 444/0850 222 0 444.
  • If your card gets stuck at the ATM, do not rely on the offers of help from people you do not know, do not enter your password if they ask you to re-enter and do not tell your password to anyone, including our bank personnel. If possible, before leaving the ATM, cancel your card by calling 444 0 444/0850 222 0 444 and dialing 0. Your new card will be delivered to your address as soon as possible.
  • Decline offer of assistance from anyone when using ATM.
  • When your money is stuck in the ATM, write your mobile phone number and the amount stuck on the screen that will appear.
