With Smart Assistant, you can add reminders and information requests for your accounts, credit cards, investment products, payment orders, loans and otherproducts via push noticiations, e-mail or SMS, display signed up notifications and change/cancel notifications any time you wish. You can enroll to Smart Assistant via Yapı Kredi Mobile or Yapi Kredi Retail Internet Banking.

On Smart Assistant pages; after selecting the product/service group (Your Accounts, Credit Cards, Investment Products, Payment Orders and Loans), for which you wish to receive notifications, you can set your preferences regarding the products/services.

Smart Assistant services are free of charge.

You can enroll to Smart Assistant via Yapı Kredi Mobile and Internet Banking instantly.

You can also sign up for Smart Assistant services on Customer Relations Center and Yapi Kredi branches.
