Update on Non-Performing Loan Portfolio Sale

On 08 April 2015, it was decided that the non-performing loan portfolio sale, which was originally announced on 25 March 2015 as below, was not realised as the necessary conditions were not satisfied.

Original announcement: On 25 March 2015, Yapı Kredi’s Board of Directors resolved to sell a fully provisioned non-performing loan portfolio of Corporate and Commercial amounting to TL 73.3 million for a total consideration of at least TL 1.0 million to Vera Varlık Yönetim A.Ş.
